Job Description:

1. As a L&D Support Specialist, the selected candidate contributes to new process, program and system implementations and/or design within a single function, business, or geography.
2. Delivers basic employee support services in assigned areas.
3. Uses assigned delivery mechanisms to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
4. Contributes to process improvement and achieves assigned tasks.
5. Assists with processes to resolve employee/Human Resources (HR) support issues/cases.
6. May assist in escalation support to HR functions and partners.
7. Assists with the implementation of process improvement to optimize the customer experience globally.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. The candidate should have completed first level university degree preferred or equivalent experience.
2. Should have typically 0-2 years training or related experience
3. Basic collaboration, communication, administrative, problem solving/ troubleshooting, and customer service skills.
4. Should have the basic ability to understand training function processes and programs.
5. Should have the basic ability to learn escalation management strategies.
