Job Description:
- Establish a learning and development framework to support the talent management and learning development requirements for India
- Lead engagements with business managers via their HR Business partners to develop solutions addressing their organization developmental needs
- Put in place training evaluation and measurements to translate ROI on programs and investments
- Identify internal trainers and external training partners
- Conduct and deliver stand up training
- Collaborate and align with Global and APAC L&D lead to deliver programs for India
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Excellent communications, stake holder and relationship management skills
- Project management skills
- Ability to engage and consult with senior internal stake holders
- Creative problem solving approach
- Self starter who’s able to work independently without supervision
