Job Description:
  1. Provide Price Quotation to the customers
  2. Booking Orders in SAP
  3. Order Follow up and status
  4. Technical Publication Access Request
  5. Generating Report from SAP
  6. Generating Invoices from SAP and Send to the customers
  7. Updating and Maintaining internal reports
  8. Maintaining Quality and follow the Process CTQs
  9. Calling the Customers for getting the required info
  10. Follow up on the pending requests and aged requests
  11. Follow the Compliance policy
Desired Candidate Profile:
  1. University Graduate with 6 months + experience in a BPO industry
  2. Experience in Order management is a must. Web savvy;
  3. strong PC & associated software skills viz. MS Excel ( Macros),MS Access, MS PPT, Willingness to work in night shifts is mandatory.
  4. Prior experience of working in SAP is preferable.

Job Summary :
  1. The Web Analytics & Reporting Specialist will be responsible for generating web analytics reports for Honeywell Process Solutions websites and other web properties.
  2. This person will be responsible for maintaining the web analytics platform (currently Google Analytics), creating analytics profiles and generating reports at regular intervals.
  3. He/She would also be involved in recommending strategic solutions on the web CMS to help build a better web UX.
  4. The overall goal of the analytics and reporting position is to drive continuous improvement of the web environment to accelerate platform adoption and engagement from customers and employees.

Basic/Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in an analytical/computational stream such as Computer Science, Mathematics or Statistics.
• Expert Microsoft Excel (macros, pivot tables, etc) and Powerpoint
• Well versed with web CMS. Have a keen interest to learn more on the latest web tools

Preferred Qualifications:
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Job Summary :
The purpose of this role is to provide timely and accurate completion of assigned administrative tasks to support the Local Project Operations team.
Use of PC applications and systems is required to enter project data, raise orders, record product and service receipt, organize electronic or paper project files and update financial systems.
Creation of business reports, tracking system updates, customer correspondence and invoicing are key support activities of this role.

Qualifications:
Must have a good understanding of payment process relating to invoices and payments received and issued


Must have a good understanding of financial systems. (SAP is preferred)

 skills required(general and technical): 
  • Excellent PC skills including strong MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Knowledge.
  • Ability to work on ones own.
  • Ability to delegate.
  • Good organisations abilities and keen eye for ensuring efficiency of service delivery.
