Job Description :

1. Human Resource Operations for BPO On boarding / Exit formalities
2. Training management and related activities like.. coordinating with Vendors
3. Benefits administration
4. Helpdesk activities
5. Visa process coordination
6. Insurance activities etc.

Desired Candidate Profile: 

1. Good Communication (written and verbal) and Comprehension skills in English
2. Typing speed of 25-35 WPM
3. Minimum of 50% in Graduation, XIIth, Xth All Regular
4. Candidates should not have any gaps in education.
5. Candidates should have secured minimum 50% in their graduation, XII, X (All Full time)
6. Selected candidates must be willing to sign an employment Agreement of one years as per the company policy
7. Candidates should not have any gaps in education .
