- Minimum of 1 year of experience basic operation of a computer - College Graduate /freshers are also eligible with good accent
Candidate must have excellent verbal communication skills. Must have the ability to handle customers in professional and polite manner. Must be able to handle approximately 100 calls an hour reading a brief script and disposition completed calls correctly. Day and Night shifts available.

Call Center Executive(CCE). CCE’s to facilitate customer orders as well as providing excellent customer service, verbal communication and utilizing problem solving skills. Additionally, agents will be required to enter secure and personal data into various fields to complete orders providing that accurate information is captured. Calling involves calling U.S. customers throughout the USA.
