Qualification: Any graduate,Any PG
Experience: 0 - 2 yrs
Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Strong knowledge of UNIX systems and hands on commands.
2. Knowledge on web servers, DNS, firewalls, TCP/IP and other protocols.
3. Experience working with large scale production deployments of thousands of servers
4. Experience in application level troubleshooting and monitoring
5. Excellent problem solving skills
6. Knowledge on Monitoring tools like Nagios
7. Have basic shell scripting or Perl scripting knowledge
8. Strong written & oral communication skills are essential. Proven ability to write bugs, test cases, problem reports 

Responsibilities:

1. Identify the priority and criticality of incoming alerts and prioritize appropriately
2. Diagnose & repair issues using knowledge of DNS, Storage, Apache, Linux processes, MySQL and related technologies 
3. Track issues through the ticketing systems and follow through to resolution
4. Write clear and concise operational runbooks
5. Escalate significant issues to service, network or other operations engineers
6. Lead by example, deliver results and eliminate missed opportunities
