Job Description:

1. Configuration of Customers equipment to connect to the Internet via modem/DSL Router (Dialup/DSL customers only)
2. Configure software to connect to Internet application servers.
3. Identify and correct or advise, on operational issues in Customer computer systems

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Excellent communication skills in English.
2. Willingness to work in Rotational shift.
3. Willingness to work in a BPO.
4. Immediate joining is must.
5. 2013 Pass outs not eligible.
