PG – Any Postgraduate – Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required

Job Description:
1) BTech (ECE/CS/IT/E&I/EEE) /BCA/ B.Sc (CS / IT / Mathematics / Statistics) as basic qualification
2) Good communication skills
3) Understanding of the Infrastructure Services Business (Knowledge of basic Networking and other technologies)
4) Manage Customer escalations and providing technical resolutions
5) Independent troubleshooting within SLA
6) Adherence to standard operating procedures / work instructions
7) Ensure quality of ticket closure and queue assignment
8) Maintain track specific records and Vendor management
9) Identify avenue for value adds and present value add summary
10) Participate in Talent Management meetings – sharing and acquiring knowledge
11) Update the knowledge base – Technically upgrade across versions of environment when required
12) Participation in Monthly steering committee meetings (as required)
13) Participate in monthly QA audits
14) Monitoring and Management of various IT Infrastructure components
15) First level of Troubleshooting based on Standard Operating Procedures
16) Other tasks to complete SOPs based tasks
17) Additionally: for DC Ops/ICC Fresher:- knowledge of DB/NW concept and good knowledge of OS.
18) For Helpdesk:-knowledge of Windows, MS Office, Internet Browsers, Adobe Acrobat etc.
19) Responsible in providing voice support to the clients and online technical resolution
20) Basic technical knowledge of PCs
21) Knowledge of MS Outlook troubleshooting, Internet and Networking
22) Technical knowledge of operating systems like Windows XP
