Job Description:
Fundamental understanding of LTE/CDMA/EVDO Pref: Samsung/ Ericsson/ ALU/ Motorola
Competent understanding of LTE/CDMA/EVDO optimization parameters definitions and both performance and
capacity impacts (active/idle mode) at both BTS and BSC level
Competent understanding of both idle and active mode call processing and able to design
Able to make parameter changes to network on appropriate vendor platform
Competent in capacity/PN planning
Competent in frequency/PN interference analysis and coordination
Automation of optimization tasks – Programming Skills
Application development and deployment, Web based development, User interface design and development, Object oriented programming concepts.
Skills Required:
C#, Core Java, J2EE, WEB Language: JavaScript, JSP,Servlets, JDBC, HTML, DHTML, XML, DBMS, MS-Access,
SQL Server
WEB / Application Tools: Ecllipse, Netbeans, Putty, WinSCP, SQLyog, Toad
Operating System: Windows, Linux, Unix, Ubuntu)
Excel Macros; Visual Basic
Excellent MS Office/Actix skills
