Candidates who can join immediately would be preferred.
Freshers or Candidates with 1-2 years of experience can apply.
Candidates should have decent communication skills.
Typing Speed of at least 30 - 45 WPM would be a preferred skill.
Candidates who have worked in Mortgage process would be a preferred profile.
Willingness to work in Night shifts
Education Qualification - Any graduate other than Technical graduate can apply.
(Non-Technical*) - Fresher's with BE/B.Tech, MCA, MSC, MBA graduates/Technical qualified candidates are NOT ELIGIBLE to apply

Selection Process:

Written test (Basic communication, comprehension, logical reasoning, decision making skills)
Typing test
Personal Interview

Copy of Passport (1st page, address page and visa pages if any)
Experience certificate from all previous employers
Relieving letter from last employer
3 months Salary slips from last employer
Passport size photographs (8 Nos)[Mandatory]
Proof of identity i.e. PAN card/Passport/Driving License/Electoral card (for bank account opening purposes)
