Location:        Chennai

Eligibility:        Graduate degree preferably certified in Social Work, Labour Relations, HR or an MBA in HR

Experience:     Freshers

Required:

1. Good Communication Skills
2. Familiar with minimum one South Indian Language preferably Tamil
3. Ability to manage a large workforce. Prefer someone who has managed a large workforce of 300- 500 employees before
4. Open to travel in the entire south region
5. Ability to deal with external employees
6. Ability to work in a virtual set up
7. Prior experience in HR operations or a Generalist role
8. Required to travel across South India frequently

Education & Work Experience:
Graduate degree preferably certified in Social Work, Labour Relations, HR or an MBA in HR
HR professional open to travel and manage a diverse workforce
