Job Description:
• Should be responsible for end to end recruitment cycle.
• Should have exposure in the entire hiring process from sourcing, searching, screening, target-hunting & recruiting candidates for various IT/Non IT.
• Experience in using effective sourcing from all the job portals, professional networking sites.
• Screening and short-listing candidates according to requirement.
• Scheduling and coordinating the interviews for candidates.
• Follow up with the candidates
• Should have involved in Client handling activities

• Proactive, Team Player, Goal Oriented, Self-Motivated, Disciplined, Hardworking & sincere.
• Should possess good communication skills.
• Should be internet savvy
• Good in MS Office
