Eligibility:        Any Graduate

Experience:     0-2 Year

Job Discription:

1. Lead DRP for each warehouses and ensure that optimum level of stocks are available at all times to supply to the market
2. 100% FIFO execution in terms of stock movement
3. Improve Warehousing standards on regular basis
4. Standardization of Distribution and warehousing reports
5. Ensure to customer satisfaction by making timely shipments based on the orders and providing them with timely information
6. Maintaining shipment tracking report to ensure smooth movement of shipments.
7. Prepare daily shipment schedule dispatches.
8. Monitor and approve all the billing of transportation companies.
9. Maintain & manage most optimum level of fleet management schedule.
10. Develop and maintain strong internal controls over the in-bound and out-bound of all the transactions via trucks and manage the fleet report.
11. Prepare KPIs and support in the S&OP processes.
12. Plan and control daily department transactions and logistics operation with the team.
13. Implement company standards and procedures on the new staff to meat Quality Assurance requirements.
14. Tracking orders status, production, shipping, arrival and clearing dates with the suppliers and agents.
15. Work closely with Sales team to ensure that orders are deliver on time and in full
