Job Description:

1. As a member of the technical/process QA division, the candidate will apply basic engineering principles to develop methods and procedures to improve and maintain product quality standards.
2. Design systems for recording and analyzing of product quality levels. Develop product quality control inspection specifications and techniques and interpret these trends.
3. Responsible for developing, applying and maintaining quality standards for company products with adherence to both internal and external standards.
4. Should develop and executes software test plans.
5. Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures and need to maintain documentation of test results.
6. Analyzes test results and recommends corrective actions.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. The candidate should have completed B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA degree from any reputed institute.
2. Must posses 0-2 years of previous software engineering or related experience.
3. Should have Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent analysis skills and attention to detail.
4. The candidate must possess strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
5. Should have the proven ability in multi-tasking and working as both, an individual contributor and within a team environment in small and large-scale projects a plus.
6. Exceptional organizational and time management skills a plus. Retail software and / or industry experience a plus.
