Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for joining formalities and company orientation program
2. Helping to manage HR operations and Statutory Compliance pertaining to:

• Managing Payroll 

• Overlooking Attendance, Leave Card, Time Cards and Helping Store maintain grooming standards  Ensure that the Store Ensuring that our staff undergo training at the time of joining This helps the employee knowing how to do his job properly.

• Upkeep of the Employee Files to ensure that the HR team is compliant on HR Statutory front. This helps incase of any emergencies, we can reach out to the respective families for any support.
