Job Description:

1. Create that magic moment for our customers by delivering the best customer service via emails (and potentially other channels).
2. Provide solutions to advertiser inquiries and meeting the standard customer wait times.
3. Identify problem areas and provide solutions that can be implemented at scale.
4. Adhere to the BU OKRs by meeting team and individual OKRs.

Skills Required:

1. Sound and in-depth theoretical and practical knowledge of adwords and all features.
2. Technical troubleshooting skills.
3. Demonstrable experience in customer support.
4. Ability to work in a flexible environment.
5. Excellent written communication skills in English.
