5. Utilize strong analytical and problem solving skills to diagnose/resolve system and application issues
6. Monitoring tool knowlwdge such as Nagios, Ganglia etc
7. working on the reliability, scalability and performance aspect of distributed application/OS
8. Mysql Knowledge
