Job Summary :

1. Business Analyst – L1

Roles and Responsibilities: Securities Servicing, Securities and Capital Markets

Skill & Job Requirements: - – >Securities and Capital Markets( L1) – Conceptual Knowledge of Securities & Capital Markets Industry. Appreciation of Securities & Capital Markets business technology landscape. Appreciation of keyplayers in the industry and thier role ( e. g. Third Party Service Providers, Regulators etc. . ) – - >Securities Servicing( L1)

Desire Profile:

The role primary focusses on support in terms of research and background information which is needed by the project teams.

Aids in the development of client requirements via industry standard analysis techniques such as data flow modeling, case analysis, workflowanalysis, functional decomposition analysis, data modeling, and object modeling.

Documents the results of analysis activities usingthe appropriate templates or analysis tools.

Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. – Any Specialization

2. Developer – L2

Roles and Responsibilities: Tech Writer- Aero, Development

Skill & Job Requirements: - – > Development( L1) – Responsible for development, support, maintenance and implementation of smallto medium non- complex components of a project module. Works on problems oflimited scope, through usage of standard programming concepts and principles. Works under high supervision/ guidance with frequent review of accomplishedobjectives. Requires theoretical knowledge of programming languages. Expectedto learn on the job towards developing domain knowledge along with technical/ proprietary skills. – - >Tech Writer- Aero( L1)

Desire Profile:

Responsible for development, support, maintenance and implementation of complex components of a project module.

Works on problems on relatively complex scope.

Works as a fully contributing team member, under broad supervision/ guidance capable of applying her ownjudgement.

Requires solid knowledge of at least one development technology/ programming language.
