Education: (UG – Any Graduate – Any Specialization) OR (PG – Any PG Course – Any Specialization) OR ( Doctorate – Doctorate Not Required)

REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Monitor end to end life cycle of ticketing and tracking Software/Hardware Dispatch .

Ready work in shifts.

Follow-up with internal teams.

Basic Computer Knowledge.
