> The Application Support carries out user support, identifies defects and proposes changes and improvement activities for a specific application.

> Support users by explaining system capabilities and solving problems.
> Identify actual and potential software defects.
> Propose changes and improvement activities that make the application more efficient and/or reduce operation or maintenance cost.
> Participate in the planning of applications maintenance and enhancement activities.
> Authorized to make commitments that fall within the tasks given by customer / maintenance manager.
> In general, responsibilities are the same as at step B but the assignments typically are larger and more complex
