Job Role: Software Engineer with 1-3 Years Exp
Job Summary :
Essential day to day responsibilities:
• Adhere to Design standards and implement solutions
• Interact with onsite team representative on a daily basis
• Interact with development lead / manager
• Should be proactive and come up with intelligent, Long term, stable solutions
Qualifications:
REQUIRED Skills and Experience (must have) ( include associated number of years):

•  Knowledge of Standard Salesforce, Force.com Documentum and WebLogic is a must
•  Must have good Communication Skills
•  Should showcase flexibility and good attitude towards work
•  Must have 1-3 years of experience in IT Industry
•  Force.com certification would be advantage
•  Must have implemented 3-5projects in Salesforce, Force.com, Apex, Weblogic Technologies
•  Should have fair knowledge on Salesforce Apex Loader and Salesforce Explorer; the SFDC tools
•  A good team player

PREFERRED Skills and Experience (nice to have) (include associated number of years):
• Captiva Knowledge and Implementation experience
Education / Certifications (Specific degrees and/or certifications required or preferred):
• BE / B. Tech / MCA / M.Sc. Computer Science
