Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Fresh Graduates with good communications from any discipline.
2. Candidate should be comfortable working in shifts – 5pm to 2am( Home drop facility will be provided.)
3. Candidates having experience working on Job portals will be an added advantage
4. Job Location will be Malad(West)

Roles:
1.Sourcing profiles through various sources like Job portals, networking sites, references, Head Hunting, and others.
2.Short listing profiles and Interviewing and assessing candidates for their suitability for the job requirement.
3.Will be responsible for Recruiting people at Junior, Middle & Senior level.
4.Coordinating with various department heads and representative for interviews.
5.Follow up with the head of departments regarding the feedback and final selection of the candidate.
6.Maintaining MIS and reports.
7.Develop candidates database for present and future requirements.
