Job Description:
- Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy.
- Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem www.allindiajobs.in
- Meet customer requirements through first contact resolution.
- Confirm customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed
- Prepare complete and accurate work and update customer file.
Desired Profile:
- Graduates with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Undergraduate with 1 year International BPO Experience.
- Should be open to work in Night shifts
- Outstation candidates/Ghaziabad residing candidates who can relocate can send their resumes.
- Prior experience in Customer Service industry will be an added advantage.
- Candidate with good customer service skills would be preferred.
