Job Description :

 

Key Skills:

 

- Excellent knowledge of the Unix /Linux (AIX preferred) environment and shell scripts.

- Good knowledge of SQL DB2 preferred)

- Familiarity with Websphere Application Server and Websphere MQ.

- Significant experience of performing a technical SME role with responsibility for system configuration of Unix based systems.allindiajobs.in

- Good understanding of environment management processes including configuration management, systems documentation etc.

Responsibilities:

 

- Take complete ownership of day to day running of the tech activities in the project

- Work hands-on to perform various technical tasks in the Unix, WAS and DB2 systems www.allindiajobs.in

- Investigate at both design and implementation level all system/software/infrastructure areas as applicable and necessary from time to time

- Assist and guide technical personnel across teams in understanding new tech requirements, translating requirements into technical language and troubleshooting

Desired Profile:

 

- Knowledge of automated deployment tools such as BladeLogic (preferred).

- Understanding of the full software development life cycle.

- Ability to manage own work and to work independently.

- Excellent knowledge of the Unix /Linux (AIX preferred) environment and shell scripts.

- Good knowledge of SQL DB2 preferred
