Job Summary :

Candidate Profile:

Minimum Graduate in any stream with good academic track record.

Management graduates will be a plus.

Previous work experience in the IT/BPO/KPO industry is desirable

Ready to work in shifts.

Job Description:

Review default appraisals, broker price opinion (BPO) covering all residential property types.

Perform quality control of default appraisals and BPO.

Assess performance of certified / licensed appraisers and brokers.

Communicate with the vendors wherever required.

Handle all rebuttals with respect to default appraisals, BPOs from clients.

Follow-up with appraisers and brokers for undelivered or late orders.

Inform management of appraisal and BPO quality trends.

Proactively suggest process improvements.
